Who handles your data

What we collect

Your email address, the language of the page, the date and time of your consent and confirmation, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to block abuse. Nothing else.

Why

To send you updates about The Macchina: news on the prototype, the opening of reservations and occasional questions about the product. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given with the checkbox and confirmed by the link we email you.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, stores the list and runs the anti-bot check (Turnstile). Aruba S.p.A. sends our emails. Both act as processors. If you accept statistics, Google Ireland Ltd measures visits with Google Analytics 4 (see the cookie policy). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (to be verified). We never sell or rent the list.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. Sign-ups that are not confirmed within 30 days are deleted.

Cookies

No advertising cookies. Google Analytics statistics switch on only if you accept them in the banner, and you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. The anti-bot check may use technical data from your browser to tell people from bots. Details in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time (the unsubscribe link is in every email), object to processing and ask for portability, by writing to us. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
